VACCINE PREPARER
CLINICAL
The Vaccine Preparer is responsible to draw the vaccine, prepare necessary equipment for the Vaccinator, and ensure ample vaccine supply is ready to be utilized at each vaccination station. In addition, the Vaccine Preparer coordinates with the Runner to equip each vaccination station.

VACCINATOR
CLINICAL
The Vaccinator is responsible for administering the COVID-19 vaccine. This important role ensures all appropriate clinical protocols are followed and that vaccines are administered in a safe manner at their respective vaccination station.
CHECK-IN ASSOCIATE
NON-CLINICAL
This essential role is deployed to our COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination sites. You will serve a critical role in confirming all registration processes are followed and recorded accurately. You will ensure the proper patient information is reviewed, verified, and correctly entered into all of our required systems.
CHECK-OUT ASSOCIATE
NON-CLINICAL
This important position serves on our COVID-19 Vaccination team. Check-Out-Associates ensure each patient has received all required paperwork, including their vaccination card with the date for their second dose, and answers questions from patients. This role has the important function of monitoring patients in the observation area after they have received their vaccination, and ensuring they receive optimal on-site care.
OBSERVER
(NON CLINICAL)
The Observer role is part of our COVID-19 Vaccination team. You will be responsible for post-vaccine, patient observation and evaluation. The Observer will be deployed in the observation unit and responsible for the required 15 and 30 minute, post-vaccine observations. You will be responsible for ensuring patients are not experiencing any immediate reactions to the vaccine. If a patient does begin to show signs of a reaction, the Observer will contact Emergency Medical Services team-members and the patient will be evaluated for any necessary clinical treatments.
